Diagnostic & Troubleshooting

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By signing this Estimate Agreement I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set-forth herein.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
---PAYMENT 1: 
Deposit payment of 10% or $1,000.00 whichever is less prior to scheduling.
---PAYMENT 2:
Remaining balance is due upon the completion of the scope of work above.

NOTES:
-Invoices not paid upon receipt are subject to late payment penalty fee of 3%
-Pricing is valid up to 30-days only
-For maintenance; we exclude diagnostic troubleshooting & require a change work order if the existing equipment is non-operational.
-Diagnostic credits expire within 30-days after deposit payment.
-Prior to arrival, the following access are required: 
Attic, crawl space, closet, garage, electrical panel and/or any other areas necessary to access the equipment and/or duct work.

MECHANIC’S LIEN:
Under the Mechanic’s Lien Law (California Code of Civil Procedure, Section SC9703028 let seq.) any contractor, subcontractor, laborer, supplier, has the right to enforce a claim against the property. This means that, after the court hearing, your property could be sold to a court officer and the proceeds to the sale used to satisfy the indebtedness. 

COVID-19 & SHELTER IN PLACE 
Due to COVID-19 & shelter-in-place, unforeseen delays may occur that require the project to be rescheduled.  

ACCEPTANCE OF ESTIMATE PROPOSAL:
I agree to the above Estimate, Terms & Conditions. 
I authorize Techpro Builders to perform the work as specified.
