How does diagnostic appointments work?

Why is my system cycles on and off too frequently? My furnace shows error code 33 or 13


- Please check your air filter in your house. The filter/s are located either at furnace or return(intake) grille/s. Make sure there is only one filter in the same return air duct.
-- Please check all air vents are open. If more than 10 % of your air vents are closed, your HVAC system will not work properly. - Any standard 1” filter can last up to 3 months. Any other filter/s that are thicker than 1” can generally last more than 3 months. Always check its specification for recommended replacement period. If you have pets, please consider replacing it more often.




How do I pay for my service calls?


Credit card payments are accepted. Invoice email will be sent based upon the quote or scope of work involving diagnostics, repairs, maintenance & warranty visits. Payable via credit card & bank transfer

How long does installation take?


Depending on scope of work, roughly: Furnace - 1 to 3 days Duct work - 2 to 5 days AC - 2 to 4 days
